If you're having some problems with your purchase, we want to make it as simple as possible. See below for more information on our return policy.
Return Policy
We gladly accept items in all-new conditions along with all accessories, components within 3 days of their delivery date.
- Please contact our support team customercare@yowu.com with your order number attached before returning your product. We will diagnose the condition of your product to check if it meets the requirements or not.
- Please note that we don't accept returns after the 3 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 3 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
- Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping method to ensure that your return arrives safely.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and issue a refund within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment or PayPal.
Warranty
If the product was damage by non-human factors, please contact our support team customercare@yowu.com with your order number attached, we will diagnose the condition of your product, then give you a solution.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different color, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase. We will be happy to exchange your item for a different one of equal value before shipping. If your item was already shipped, you'll need to return it after you receive it.
