The headphones won't play?+
  - Make sure your device is within 10m range from the headphones, and is correctly paired and connected (refer to user manual).
  - Please check volume level on both headphones and your device.
  To use other devices via cable connections, the headphones must be charged.
  - When using cable connection, please check if the direction is correct, and properly plugged in.
Bad sound quality?+
  - Make sure your device is within Bluetooth connection.
  - Please check volume level on both headphones and your device.
  - Please adjust the EQ settings of your headphones.
  - Please charge your headphones (to use other devices via cable connections, the headphones must be charged).
  - When using cable connection, please check if the direction is correct, and properly plugged in.
How to pair with a new device?+
  - Your headphones will recognize its last connected device. If you wish to connect to a new device, please do it manually (When shut down, press and hold power button for 5 seconds to enter paring mode.).
  - To prevent the headphones from auto-connecting, turn of Bluetooth on the last connected device.
Why the lights won't stay on?+
  - Your headphones may need charging, please connect it to charging cable. It may take few minutes for the lights to come back on according to remaining battery levels.
  - In paring mode, the headphones will shut down automatically if not connected with 10 minutes. If not connected, your headphones automatically shut down after 20 minutes.
Mic sound too low via Bluetooth connection?+
  - Unpair your headphone in device Bluetooth settings, turn your device volume to maximum, and reconnect the headphone. Turn up volume gradually. If that does not work, try another device and repeat above step.
How to connect the headphone to YOWU APP?+
Search YOWU in the APP Store, download and install it, connect the headphone to the phone via Bluetooth, and then open the APP. Note the following three points:
1. It is suggested that the headphone 3S/3G connect only one mobile phone at a time.
2. Keep the positioning permission and positioning function open. (Just turn on the location function on the iPhone)
3. Keep the bluetooth connection between the mobile phone and the headphone.
How to pair headphone with Bluetooth?+
Turn on the phone bluetooth.When the YOWU-SELKIRK-3S/3G pops up, select and connect it. Tips:The frist time you link to Bluetooth,you need to press the power button for 5 seconds. From then on, it will link to Bluetoon automatically after you turn on the switch.
Headphone wired to desktop computer can not use the microphone what to do?+
First of all, make sure that the wire connection mode is correct and the wire to wire connection is tight. If the wire has no quality problem, please update the sound drive. If the problem still cannot be solved, please contact customer service at Tmall YOWU flagship store, jingdong YOWU flagship store or taobao YOWU brand store.
Why my microphone doesn’t work when connected to computer?+
You can use a splitter cable included in the cable boxes to use microphone.

Put the headset into the charging case, close or open the cover, and long press the function button on the back side of the case for 5 seconds. If you see the red and blue lights in the charging case flashing alternately, it means that the reset is successful ~ you can start to reconnect the new device.
How long do I need to fully charge my earphones?+
It takes about 1 hour for the earphones to be fully charged and about 1.5 hours for the charging case to be fully charged. To charge the charging case, please use a charging plug with an output of 5V1A to avoid damages to the battery.
Can I answer a call with my earphones?+
Yes, you can answer/end the call by tapping the right earphone twice when wearing both and pressing the earphone twice when wearing just one.
How to play/pause and switch songs?+
When wearing both earphones, tap the right one twice to play / pause; three taps to the right one to switch to next song. When wearing one earphone, tap the earphone twice to play / pause; three taps to switch to the next song.
How to switch the earphone light?+
When not in a call, tap the left ear twice to switch the light color, and you can also set the light color and mode on Yowu's app.
Can I activate the phone's voice assistant (Siri) through the earphones?+
Yes. When there is no call, three taps on the left ear can activate the voice assistant.
Why can't connect to Bluetooth?+
Is the earphones removed from the charging case? Bluetooth will not start the connection until the earphones is being removed~
Can Yowu Elven Earphones be connected to multiple devices at the same time?+
No~ Yowu Elven Earphones can only be connected to one device at the same time
What is the difference between energy-saving mode and permanent light mode?+
If the energy-saving mode is selected after the earphones is connected to the device, the light will automatically turn off after ten minutes, but if you tap again or there is a call, the light will turn on. Oh ~ the light will still turn off after ten minutes after any operation is done ~ if it is in permanently on mode, the light will be always on and will not turn off automatically. In fact, the energy-saving mode is to save the power of the earphones by turning off the light~
